Owned and operated by Jess Paul, Tenacity Athletics offers year-round outdoor training for athletes looking to run a Spartan or other obstacle or endurance race. Our training is also suitable for anyone looking to build and maintain foundational fitness and be a part of a supportive community.

Our classes take place at locations in and around Regina including Wascana Park, Mount Pleasant, Douglas Park Hill, Conexus Arts Centre, The Science Centre, Wascana Trails, White Butte Trails, AE Wilson Park, Mosaic Stadium (summertime only!), and more.
